Challan Wale is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation directly or solicit advocates. All legal consultations or court representations are conducted strictly by independent advocates.

3. User Eligibility and Accurate Information

To use our challan checking and settlement facilitation services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are either the registered owner of the vehicle or duly authorized by the registered owner to act on their behalf. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details, including Vehicle Registration Numbers (RC), Challan IDs, and contact information.

4. Fee Structure and Payments

Our fees consist of nominal convenience and administrative facilitation fees. Any actual compounding penalties or statutory fines imposed by the traffic police department, virtual courts, or Lok Adalat magistrate benches must be settled in accordance with official government orders. All applicable fee structures are transparently communicated prior to order confirmation.

5. Processing Time and Government Discretion

While our team strives to resolve challans as quickly as possible (typically within 2 to 4 business days for virtual court matters), resolution timelines are subject to court hearing schedules, government portal server availability (such as Parivahan Sewa, Delhi Traffic Police portal, or state treasury servers), and judicial discretion. Challan Wale cannot be held liable for administrative delays caused by official government systems.

6. Independent Professional Conduct

All interactions, guidance, and representations in virtual court or before magistrate benches are provided by independent licensed advocates. Challan Wale does not control or assume liability for the independent advice, decisions, or conduct of such advocates.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Challan Wale and its founders, affiliates, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or delays in judicial proceedings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, brand names, logos, graphics, icons, software algorithms, and layout design appearing on ChallanWale.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Challan Wale and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
